Certificates related to tuition fee eligibility

On this form you can submit certificates which change your liability for tuition fees, e.g. if you have obtained a residence permit which exempt your form tuition fees, you have a force majeure situation or if your residence permit application has been rejected by the Finnish Immigration Services.

A possible refund of tuition fees can be granted after a tuition fee instalment has been paid, but before the annual registration for the semester in question has ended (31 August for the autumn semester and 15 January for the spring semester). The student must hence provide documentation of the eligibilty for a refund of the tuition fee before the annual registration for the semester in question has ended.

Upload a copy of the the certificate/evidence of the eligibility for refund of the tuition fee payment as an attachment if you have one (e.g residence permit application decision, medical certificate, residence permit etc.)
