Appeal of the admission decision 2025
Instructions
If an applicant believes that an error has been made in the assessment of their application or in the implementation of the admission criteria, they may lodge an appeal for rectification of the admission decision.
Make sure to read the
instructions for lodging an appeal
at Hanken's homepage before filling out your appeal.
Fill out the application, write your freely formulated appeal, and attach all necessary documents. Hanken does not process incomplete appeals for rectification.
If you wish to lodge multiple appeals, please fill in a new, separate form for each appeal.
If you lodge multiple appeals regarding the same issue, then Hanken will acknowledge and process the appeal that was last received.
An appeal needs be filed no later than 14 days after the publication date of the admission results. Hanken will not process appeals lodged too late, even if the e-form itself can be accessed.
