Application for re-matriculation

If you do not register as either present or absent by 31 August, you will lose your right to study at Hanken and must re-activate your student status if you wish to continue your studies.

Please note that you must fill in you private e-mail adress (not the Hanken e-mail) to be able to receive information about your re-matricualtion and instructions for how to register as present.

From 1.1.2025, the fee is 50 euros (due to changed legislation). You will be transferred to your netbank after submitting this form.

Bachelor's and master's students: Please note that to be registered as present you also need to pay the student union fee and the student healthcare fee. You will receive instructions for this when your application has been processed.

Your application will be processed within two weeks. You will be notified by e-mail. Please contact studycounsellor-hki@hanken.fi or studycounsellor-vaasa@hanken.fi if you have any questions.

After your re-matriculation application is approved: Contact the Phd Programme Coordinator (doctoral.studies@hanken.fi) to get started with Sisu and you studies.

NB: If you have been absent for a longer period of time, a meeting with a study counsellor may be required for the application to be processed.
